Sympathy

At About Flowers we pride ourselves in designing the last tribute for your loved one with thought and care.  We realise that this is a very important occasion and the design should be fitting for the person you have lost.  With that in mind we ask you to consider favourite flowers or colours so that we can incorporate them into a design or of course you can choose one of our specialist designs that will represent the deceased perfectly. 

We also appreciate that often it is difficult to choose between sending a floral design and donating to charity which is why we have introduced our donation to charity initiative.

10% of all funeral sales are donated to charity

We have committed to donate 10% of all funeral sales to the charity of the senders choice.

Sympathy Blog

We have also set up a dedicated sympathy blog ( a bit like a diary on the web) that offers advice about funeral etiquette.  It also has information on flower meanings, showcases our latest funeral designs and has a catalogue of poetic sympathy verses.

We will list all donations that we give on the blog.  If any families would like us to publish details of their loved ones wishes regarding flowers we would be only to happy to use it as a platform for this information.
